The clients in this case are either suppliers, contractors or sub-contractor payment structures are tailored and paid as per the client’s need to finance the construction in progress. CLC owns the asset that will be constructed with the progressive payments either by purchasing the asset for the client directly from the supplier or buying it back from the client.
