We are currently looking for a Senior Relationship Manager. He/She will become a key member among CLC’s Business Development team.
Duties & Responsibilities:
He/she will be expected to:
- Develop and build a strong business portfolio according to CLC’s marketing plan
- Identify business opportunities and establish key relationships
- Be creative and innovative with regards to knowledge and awareness of industry trends
- Develop and follow-up with potential accounts.
- Monitor leasing administration.
- Manage daily and weekly marketing and leasing reports.
- Draft comprehensive marketing and leasing plan.
- Draft proposals, lease offers and documents
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration
- Years of Experience: A minimum of 5-7 years in a similar field (banking or financial institutions)
- Credit Course from a reputable bank or institution is a must
- Strong understanding and knowledge of diversified industries.
- Excellent Communication and presentation skills
- Excellent Command of Arabic and English
- Able to build partnerships and work well in teams
- MBA is a plus

We are currently looking for an Operation Officer. He/She will become a key member among CLC’s Business Development team.
Duties & Responsibilities:
He/she will be expected to:
- Draft leasing contract along with requirement letter (elaborating missing documents/requirements) prior to being sent to customer through RM
- Delegate the needed Evaluation company (if needed)
- Upload and authenticate lease contracts in F.R.A /F.R.A website.
- Upload movable assets on E.C.R
- Follow-up the renewal for all license and Insurance policies related to our customers
- Update daily the Pending and Follow-up Report.
- Issue traffic letters upon Operation request
- Follow up on insurance policies, in term of expiration and receipt from Business / clients/ insurance companies.
- Manage Petty Cash of Department
- Scan and maintain the leasing contracts & securities in safe keeping
- Proper implementation of archiving procedures.
- Perform other related duties as required & assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration
- Years of Experience: A minimum of 1-3 years in a similar field (banking or financial institutions)
- Excellent Command of Arabic and English

He/she will be expected to:
1. Preparing daily transaction (J.V) and create appropriate book keeping entries, create accruals where necessary.
2-Responsible for book keeping.
3-Auditing all expenses & receiving vouchers.
4-Prepare monthly trial balances.
5-Mange accounts payable.
6–Banking money and cheques received and issuing receipts as needed.
7- Monitor and book debit and credit interest.
8-Monitor bank service fees and address quality issues.
9-Controlling in/out cash flows and expenditure.
10-Perform other related duties as requires & assigned.
Qualifications:
1. University degree in finance /accounting from faculty of commerce English section (Cairo /Ain shams/AUC/GUC).
2. 0-2 years’ experience.
3. Good command of Arabic and English.
4. MS office user.
