Senior Relationship Manager, SMEs & Structured Finance

Cairo Leasing Corporation is the leasing arm of Banque Du Caire, providing leasing products and other financial & advisory services to the Egyptian market.
We are currently looking for a Senior Relationship Manager, SMEs and Structured Finance. He/She will become a key member among CLC’s Business Development team.

Duties & Responsibilities:

He/she will be expected to:

  1. Develop and build a strong business portfolio according to CLC’s marketing plan
  2. Identify business opportunities and establish key relationships
  3. Be creative and innovative with regards to knowledge and awareness of industry trends
  4. Develop and follow-up with potential accounts.
  5. Monitor leasing administration.
  6. Manage daily and weekly marketing and leasing reports.
  7. Draft comprehensive marketing and leasing plan.
  8. Draft proposals, lease offers and documents

Qualifications

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration
  2. Years of Experience: A minimum of 5-7 years in a similar field (banking or financial institutions)
  3. Credit Course from a reputable bank or institution is a must
  4. Strong understanding and knowledge of diversified industries.
  5. Excellent Communication and presentation skills
  6. Excellent Command of Arabic and English
  7. Able to build partnerships and work well in teams
  8. MBA is a plus

Senior Officer/ Assistant Manager, Credit Department

Cairo Leasing Corporation is the leasing arm of Banque Du Caire, providing leasing products and other financial & advisory services to the Egyptian market.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Conduct credit analysis and study for CLC’s potential clients presented by marketing department and be able to champion the case while understanding the important risk issues and structure deals that will provide sufficient risk mitigation.
  • Credit Appraisal of Loan applications within defined guidelines and accordingly take decision or recommend for approval to higher authorities.
  • Diligently review and advise on detailed annual credit packages reviews through analysis of credit applications, financial statements and recommendations to mitigate any new or changing risks.
  • Interact with Customers to understand the business, financing needs and designing a proper financial structure.
  • Initiate, develop, and implements appropriate lending policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to achieve and deliver the set targets.
  • Build and utilize working relationships with internal business partners across the organization and clients.
  • Perform other related duties as required & assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance & Economics or Business Administration
  • 7 years of experience.
  • Experienced and competent in underwriting various types of complex cases
  • Works independently, and with little direction
  • Able to interact well with clients and relationship managers, willing to go on calls and help champion the case while understanding the important risk management issues
  • Understand policy and loan structures so as to help relationship managers frame fund requests
  • Be confident to challenge issues when necessary, but pliable enough to know how to help relationship managers structure deals that will provide sufficient risk mitigation.

معرفة موقف العميل طرف بنوك التعامل وموقف البروتستو والإفلاس للعميل والبحث في شبكة الايسكور عن التعاملات المالية لأعضاء مجلس الإدارة والمساهمين الرئيسيين •
الزيارة الميدانية للعميل •
متابعة موقف العميل مع الموردين والعملاء •
كتابة تقرير الاستعلام •
الإقرارات المقدمة إلى البنك المركزي المصري والإقرارات المقدمة إلي شبكة الايسكور •
المتابعة الدورية للسوق المصرية وما يطرأ بها من تغيرات تؤثر علي العملاء •
تحديث الاستعلام للعملاء الشركة الحاليين ويتم بنفس خطوات الاستعلام •

Years of Experience: 3-6 years

He/she will be expected to:

1. Preparing daily transaction (J.V) and create appropriate book keeping entries, create accruals where necessary.

2-Responsible for book keeping.

3-Auditing all expenses & receiving vouchers.

4-Prepare monthly trial balances.

5-Mange accounts payable.

6–Banking money and cheques received and issuing receipts as needed.

7- Monitor and book debit and credit interest.

8-Monitor bank service fees and address quality issues.

9-Controlling in/out cash flows and expenditure.

10-Perform other related duties as requires & assigned.

Qualifications:

1. University degree in finance /accounting from faculty of commerce English section (Cairo /Ain shams/AUC/GUC).

2. 0-2 years’ experience.

3. Good command of Arabic and English.

4. MS office user.
